Who we are
Digital Lantern provides software and digital services. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it. You can contact us about it atinfo@digitallantern.com.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and business name, along with the service you're interested in and your message. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking. If you close an announcement on this site, your browser remembers that locally so it isn't shown again; this stays on your device.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and communicate with you about our services if you become a client. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
Our website is hosted by Vercel. When you send the contact form, your details are passed through our website to Resend, which delivers them to our inbox as an email. To protect the form from spam and automated abuse, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which is subject to Cloudflare'sPrivacy Policy.
The site's staff sign-in is provided by Clerk. Clerk's script loads on our pages and may set essential cookies needed for secure sign-in; they are not used for advertising.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless you become a client and we need them to provide our services.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, in line with the Data Protection Act, 2020 (Jamaica). Email info@digitallantern.comand we will respond as soon as we can.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
